Linc
The brokerage and advisory firm for Nigerian critical minerals.
We connect international buyers with verified, assay-certified Nigerian mineral suppliers — coordinating compliance, documentation, and transaction structure across lithium, columbite, cassiterite, beryl, mica, zinc, lead, and zircon sand.
Our work covers the full transaction cycle: supplier verification, independent assay, regulatory compliance, term sheet facilitation, and delivery coordination. We are not a marketplace. We do not make informal introductions.
Our Standard
What we require of every transaction.
Verification before introduction
Every supplier in our network has undergone identity confirmation, site assessment, and preliminary materials review. Independent assay certification is coordinated on all brokerage mandates as a condition of proceeding — not an optional extra. Buyers receive third-party documentation, not our assurance.
Compliance as part of the mandate
Nigeria's critical minerals export framework carries specific obligations: Possess and Purchase Licence requirements, NEPC registration, and the Ministry of Solid Minerals' position on value addition. We address each of these as standard in every engagement. Compliance is not a post-transaction concern.
Transaction structure, not matchmaking
Introductions alone are not a service. We coordinate term sheets, escrow provisions, and delivery logistics to the documentation standards of international trading houses and development finance institutions. Engagements are managed from initial qualification through to offtake.
For Buyers
What serious buyers need.
What we provide.
International buyers evaluating Nigerian mineral supply face a consistent set of problems: supply that cannot be independently verified, documentation that does not survive due diligence, and compliance uncertainty that stalls procurement decisions.
We address all three. When you engage us on a sourcing mandate, you receive:
A qualified supplier shortlist — matched to your volume, grade, and specification requirements, drawn from our verified network only
Independent assay — third-party laboratory certification on representative samples before any commitment is requested
Compliance verification — PPL status, NEPC registration, and export documentation reviewed and confirmed
Transaction structure — term sheet, escrow provisions, and delivery logistics prepared to your counterparty standards
Post-trade support — we remain engaged through delivery, not just through the introduction
We source across: lithium / spodumene · columbite · cassiterite · beryl · mica · zinc · lead · lead monoxide · zircon sand

For Suppliers
The path from current operations
to international buyers.
Artisanal and small-scale mining operations across Nigeria's producing states generate commercially significant material. The barrier to international markets is not supply — it is the documentation and compliance that institutional buyers require before committing.
We guide eligible Nigerian operators through each step of that process. Admission to our verified network is not guaranteed on registration — it is the outcome of completing the full compliance baseline.

Compliance gap assessment
We review your current documentation, licences, and certification status and tell you exactly what remains before you can be presented to buyers.
Assay coordination
We coordinate representative material samples with an accredited independent laboratory, manage logistics, and provide you with the full, independent report.
PPL and NEPC guidance
We guide you through the Possess and Purchase Licence application and NEPC registration process, preparing documentation and supporting submission.
Export documentation
We prepare the export documentation package — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin — to the standards international trading counterparties require.
Buyer introduction
Once the compliance baseline is complete, we match you to active buyer enquiries and manage the transaction through from introduction to delivery.

The commercial case, stated plainly.
The supply is real
Confirmed mineralisation across multiple categories in Nigeria: lithium and spodumene in Nasarawa, Kogi, and Cross River; historically significant columbite production from central Nigerian deposits; cassiterite from the Jos Plateau; beryl, mica, zinc, lead, and zircon sand across additional states. The material is in active production.
The regulatory framework has matured
Nigeria's critical minerals sector has developed materially since 2023. The Possess and Purchase Licence requirement, NEPC registration obligations, and the Ministry's value addition framework have created an auditable compliance baseline. It is specific and navigable — and it rewards operators who invest in compliance.
Procurement teams are actively looking
Battery material and critical mineral supply chains are managing geographic concentration risk. West African supply — when documented, certified, and structured to institutional standards — is a credible diversification option. The commercial question is not whether demand exists. It is whether supply can be presented in a form that procurement processes will accept.
Compliance & Documentation
Every transaction structured to the standards international buyers require.
The compliance baseline applies across all minerals we source — not only lithium. Every transaction is structured around the documentation and licensing requirements that serious counterparties impose, regardless of the commodity.
We do not use the word verified loosely. If a supplier in our network does not meet this standard, they are not presented to buyers. All transaction documentation — assay reports, compliance certificates, term sheets, export papers — is provided to buyers as part of the mandate.
Independent Assay Certification
Third-party grade certification on all material, coordinated through accredited independent laboratories. Required by international trading houses before any purchase commitment.
Possess & Purchase Licence
Mandatory under Nigerian law for all parties involved in the purchase or holding of critical minerals. We verify PPL status on every transaction.
NEPC Registration
Nigeria Export Promotion Council registration is required for all export activity. Verified on every transaction we facilitate.
Export Documentation
Prepared to the standards of international trading house counterparties: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and assay reports.
Assay reports are issued directly by the laboratory and are independent of our firm. We coordinate the process; we do not produce or influence the results.
